Wood has various properties and suitability depending on the type e.g. Iroko for outdoor furniture, Sapele for painted exterior work or Redwood Pine for internal cladding .

French Oak is known for its tight grain and often favoured for its consistent quality. English or European oaks may have more variation in grain, knots and seasoning due to less stringent controls. 

Wood silvering is a natural process of the oxidisation of wood. during the process sunlight produces a chemical reaction with the woods cellulose, creating a silver-grey patina.

Orders can be customised at the development stage, although once you have received your quotation and an agreement deposit is paid the order cannot be changed.

Turnaround time can vary. Common factors are sourcing materials, design and development, size of orders and potential unforeseen circumstances. 

We operate to a non-returnable deposit of cost of materials 50% of total cost.
